Principle Duties and Responsibilities

Technician must be able to safely and efficiently perform work on various types of alarm systems in plant environments. Work includes responding to customer service calls, troubleshooting problems and performing system inspections. Work also includes installation of conduit, cable, alarm devices and control panels, including programming.

Minimum Qualifications:
• 5+ years experience (power plant and chemical plant experience a plus)
• Strong electronics knowledge
• Willing to travel
• Good communication skills
• Ability to function independently and as part of a team

Other Valued Credentials:
• NICET Level II Fire Alarm Certification
• State License(s)
• OSHA Training
• Fire Alarm Manufacturer training/certifications
